Casey directs 94 Rules Advisory. His experience spans acquisition integration, systems consolidation, operating-model change, and carveouts. He has served as chief of staff alongside business systems sponsorship, connecting executive decision-making with implementation.
Casey led the business systems team for a private equity portfolio for approximately three years.
His experience includes at least 50 software implementation and business transformation initiatives in private equity, along with multiple carveouts. That work informs how he evaluates software, delivery partners, and operating processes, aligns executive and functional teams, and ensures the architecture works across the business.
He also brings two years of extensive practical AI experience, from personal productivity to company-wide adoption planning.
